SAVE-YOUR-DATE!
A 30% deposit of the estimated cost is required upon booking to hold the date. This deposit is nonrefundable and will not be returned in the event of cancellation. For larger parties and weddings (100 or more guests) an additional 30% will be due 6 weeks prior to the event with the balance due seven (7) days before the party. The final, guaranteed guest count is due 7 days prior to the function. BBQ Crew, LLC is not responsible for last minute cancellations by guests. Late additions to the guest count will be added to the invoice with payment expected on the day of the event. Leaving leftover items at offsite functions is at the sole discretion of BBQ Crew, LLC.
To cover any additional charges for items requested by customer during the event, which were not discussed prior to the party and not included in the contract price, we require credit card information be kept on file until your event is concluded, at which time the customer will be charged for any additional fees.
Some of these items include, but are not limited to:

Client requests extending the end-time of event.

Guest count increases at the time of the event.

Additional labor such as: cleaning, garbage removal, moving decor, tables, furniture, set up, break down, heavy lifting, clean up etc.

Additional beverages.

Additional travel distances for staff.

Non-Alcoholic mixers
-
Ice
-
Cooler rentals
BBQ Crew, LLC reserves the right to change pricing and/or menu items in the case of drastic food & supply price increases, shortages and recalls.
